Where applicable we process personal data under the GDPR, Malta Data Protection Act, contractual obligations, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations.

We may collect names, company names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, billing details, communications, uploaded content, support enquiries, IP addresses, browser information, device identifiers, cookies and usage information.

Data is processed to provide services, create quotations, perform contracts, deliver software, provide AI functionality, improve security, prevent fraud, comply with law, answer enquiries, maintain customer relationships and improve our products.

Our services may be hosted using Vercel and cloud infrastructure providers. Authentication, database and storage services may be provided through Supabase/Loveable Cloud. Access logs may be processed to ensure availability, security and operational stability.

Where requested by customers we may use OpenAI or equivalent AI providers to analyse information, generate text, code or other outputs. We minimise personal data sent to AI providers and encourage customers not to submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Payments may be processed by Stripe. Terra Vision Ltd. does not store full payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy terms.

GitHub may be used for software development and deployment. Internal repositories are protected through access controls and security procedures.

Email delivery may be performed using providers such as Brevo or Resend. We process communications to respond to enquiries, provide support and fulfil contractual obligations.

Essential cookies are used to operate the website. Functional, analytics or marketing cookies are used only where legally permitted and, where required, after consent through a cookie banner.

Because we serve customers worldwide, data may be transferred outside the EEA. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are implemented.

We implement encryption, access controls, authentication, least-privilege principles, monitoring, backups and organisational safeguards to protect personal information.
